# 46 - Painting Progress and New Cover for Novel
Fellow Art Lovers:
Yes, I’m still painting.
To be honest, I was a little side-tracked by my rap video,
“Six Foot Tall,” and I’ve been under the weather, but I keep pushing paint over
canvas, and once in a while feeling great about it.
The painting you see above, “Spring Garden Scene,” is one of
several recent paintings of city scenes showing situations with a touch of
humanity. I think I’ve talked about this a lot: I love scenes that show
something happening on a human level.
If you have a second, please let me know what you think. And
rest assured; painting is my central professional activity.
On another subject, I’ve put a new cover on my novel, ”The
Picasso Paradigm,” which I wrote quite a while ago. You can see it above.
As many of you may know, writing is another part of my life.
About 13 years ago, I wrote and then self-published “The Picasso Paradigm.” As
the book was being prepared for release, I was painting a cover illustration.
Not fast enough – I missed the deadline, so another illustration was used. I
always regretted this and wanted to use my own cover. Well, just a while ago, I
touched up the cover illustration, and AuthorHouse.com changed the cover.
In case you want more information about the novel, I’m
including two links below – one for authorhouse.com, and the other for
amazon.com.
Thanks for listening.
Best,
